A non-exclusive buyer-representation agreement through eXp Realty — you're never locked in. On the buy side it's a flat $1,500 at closing (a fraction of a standard buyer's commission), paid only when you actually close on a deal we bring you. When you sell, if you list with us it's a 2% listing commission — with optional marketing packages available for increased exposure.

Matched, underwritten deals come to you the same day we find them. You review, we represent you on the buy, and we can list and sell it when you flip.
